The Mateo Warehouse.

The Mateo Warehouse is a temporary location space. In the heart of the Arts District, The Mateo provides an empty clean white space allowing our clients to start with a blank slate for their creative projects.

The ground level studio is 6500 sq. ft. with 18ft high ceilings and is broken up into 3 large rooms- the studio, the lounge/kitchen and the garage. A parking lot that accommodates 30 cars is directly across the street. LME Studios will still provides all camera, digital, lighting, grip and production equipment to The Mateo.
